What we collect, and what we don't

If you subscribe

We store the email address you give us, the page you gave it on, the occupation that page was about, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. That is all. We use it to send you the updates you asked for.

If you order or pay

We store the order details you submit, an internal journey and order identifier, advertising click identifiers such as gclid or msclkid when they are present, and the PayPal order/capture identifiers, amount, currency and payment status. PayPal processes the payment; Tamhu does not receive your card or bank details. These records are used to fulfil the report, prevent duplicate conversions, handle refunds and measure which paid campaigns produced confirmed revenue.

If you apply to the program

We store the fields you submit, the consent text version, the submission time, campaign parameters and a shortened network prefix used for abuse prevention. We use these details only to assess and respond to the application.

If you just read

We count page views on our own server and keep only a shortened network prefix for regional totals and abuse prevention. We also use Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager and any Google analytics or advertising tags are not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics” in the privacy banner. “Essential only” leaves Google storage and advertising signals denied. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Advertising measurement

Campaign parameters and click identifiers are first-party attribution data. If you consent to advertising measurement, a confirmed purchase may be sent to Google Ads with its transaction ID, time, value and currency. We do not upload unpaid orders. Google acts under its own privacy terms; Tamhu uses this data only to measure and optimise campaigns.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your email address. We do not send anything you did not ask for. Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Your choices

Write to us and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. People in the EEA and United Kingdom may withdraw consent and exercise their access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection rights. If you are in California, this also includes your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We apply the same access, correction and deletion process regardless of where you live. Contact office@tamhu.com.
