Refund policy

How to get a refund

• Write from the address the report was sent to and quote the order number — it is in your order confirmation.
• You do not have to give a reason.
• The refund goes back the way the payment came, within five business days of confirmation.
• Keep the report. We cannot un-send a PDF and do not try to.

When a refund is not the answer

If a figure in the report looks wrong, tell us. We check it against the source, correct it and send a new version at no charge. That is faster than a refund and more useful to both sides.

If the order is unpaid

Do nothing. An unpaid order is simply not fulfilled, no money is taken, and we send no reminders.
